Speaker Vasudev Devnani Meets Union Minister Scindia; Positive Discussion on Land for Road Widening in Ajmer

Jaipur, Aug 2025 : Speaker of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly, Shri Vasudev Devnani, paid a courtesy visit to Union Minister for Communications, Shri Jyotiraditya Scindia, in New Delhi on Wednesday.

During the meeting, Shri Devnani requested land from the BSNL and Post Office offices located along the stretch from Nasiyan to Agra Gate in Ajmer for the purpose of road widening. The discussion between the two leaders was positive and constructive.

Shri Scindia assured Shri Devnani of prompt resolution of the issue.

He also reiterated the central government’s commitment to digital inclusion in Rajasthan, stating that under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Digital India vision, Rajasthan would be given special priority. The Minister assured that necessary steps would be taken to ensure accessible and robust digital services reach every citizen in the state.
