Adani One Rewards Crosses 5 Million Members in Under a Year, Plans Premium Tier Benefits

Mumbai, July 2026 : Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL) has announced that its digital consumer platform, Adani One, has crossed the milestone of five million members within just 10 months of launching Adani Rewards, one of India’s first integrated airport loyalty programmes. The achievement highlights the growing popularity of digital-first airport services and the increasing adoption of rewards-based travel experiences among passengers.

The Adani Rewards programme is currently available across all eight airports managed by AAHL in seven states, enabling travellers to earn and redeem reward points on shopping, dining, parking, lounge access and a range of other airport services through the Adani One mobile application.

According to the company, the rapid growth in membership reflects passengers’ preference for seamless digital services that not only simplify airport journeys but also offer tangible rewards for everyday spending. The integrated platform has been designed to enhance customer convenience while creating a unified airport experience across AAHL’s nationwide network.

Encouraged by the strong response, AAHL has announced plans to launch a tier-based membership programme later this year. The upgraded model will offer frequent flyers a range of premium benefits, exclusive privileges and personalised services based on their travel frequency and spending patterns.

Commenting on the achievement, an AAHL spokesperson said, “Five million members in less than a year marks an important milestone for Adani Rewards. Soon, we will introduce new features, expand member benefits and create more opportunities for passengers to engage across all AAHL-managed airports.”

Passengers can enrol in the loyalty programme instantly by registering their mobile number while making purchases at participating airport outlets. Reward points earned through transactions can later be redeemed for complimentary food and beverages, shopping discounts, premium airport experiences and several other benefits available through the Adani One app.

The company also credited a series of promotional campaigns for driving user engagement and accelerating membership growth. Seasonal initiatives such as Diwali, Winterfest, and the recently concluded Summer Carnival attracted large numbers of users by offering exclusive discounts, curated experiences and special reward opportunities.

AAHL said additional enhancements to the programme are already in the pipeline and will be rolled out over the coming months to make the platform more attractive for both frequent and occasional travellers across its expanding airport network.

Adani Airport Holdings currently operates India’s largest public-private partnership airport network, managing airports in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Mangaluru, Jaipur, Guwahati, Thiruvananthapuram, and the newly developed Navi Mumbai International Airport. The network stretches from Kerala in the south to Assam in the northeast, serving millions of domestic and international passengers annually.

With the rapid expansion of its digital ecosystem and the introduction of enhanced loyalty features, AAHL aims to strengthen passenger engagement while delivering a more connected, rewarding and technology-driven airport experience across its airports.
