Maharashtra Mourns Ajit Pawar: A Tearful Goodbye Marked by Love, Loyalty, and Legacy

The shocking loss of one of the state’s most influential leaders has left citizens, party workers, and supporters struggling to come to terms with the void created by his passing. As tributes poured in from across the state, one deeply emotional moment captured on video came to symbolise the collective grief of Maharashtra.

The video, which quickly spread across social media platforms, shows a devoted supporter overwhelmed with emotion, sobbing uncontrollably. Turning toward Ajit Pawar’s eldest son, Parth Pawar, the grieving man pleads through tears, “Parth Dada, please tell Dada ‘I love you’… tell him ‘I love you’ from me.” The raw emotion in his voice struck a chord with viewers, reflecting the profound bond Ajit Pawar shared with ordinary people.

Earlier in the day, a massive gathering of party workers, citizens, and admirers assembled outside the government hospital where Ajit Pawar’s mortal remains were kept. The atmosphere was heavy with silence, broken only by cries of grief and slogans expressing loyalty to the departed leader. Amid the arrangements, Parth Pawar was seen personally overseeing proceedings when the emotional supporter approached him.

The tragic aviation accident claimed the lives of Ajit Pawar, aged 66, and four others. His eldest son, Parth Pawar, performed the last rites, lighting the funeral pyre at around noon. As thousands of supporters stood in silence, slogans of “Ajit Dada Amar Rahe” echoed across the grounds, affirming that while the leader may be gone, his legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of the people he served.
