Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav expressed that he sees himself not as the Chief Minister, but as the chief servant of the Ladli Behnas. He praised sisters for their role in enriching families and symbolizing prosperity, stating that their well-being contributes to the family’s overall success. He emphasized that if the Ladli Behnas of Madhya Pradesh thrive, the state will also enjoy economic prosperity. Dr. Yadav participated in the Ladli Behna Rakshabandhan festival held at the Hotel Solitaire complex in Ujjain. During the event, the Ladli Behnas tied him Rakhi and he responded by showering them with flowers.
Daughters Signify the Prosperity of the Entire Family
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav extended his warm greetings on the Rakshabandhan festival, which signifies the profound love and unbreakable bond between brothers and sisters. He expressed his gratitude for the blessings and trust bestowed upon him by the Ladli Behnas of the state, acknowledging that it is their support and blessings that drive the states continued progress.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav stated that in Indian culture, sisters have been revered as goddesses since ancient times. He emphasized that festivals play a crucial role in uniting all sections of society and are a fundamental aspect of Indian culture. These celebrations forge unique bonds that have sustained Indian culture through the ages. While ancient civilizations like Greece, Egypt, and Rome have faded, Indian culture, with its rich tapestry of festivals, remains resilient despite numerous invasions. He concluded by sharing that he participated in the Rakshabandhan programme to seek the blessings of all his sisters.
On this occasion, Minister-in-charge of the district Shri Gautam Tetwal, MP Shri Anil Firoziya, Mayor Shri Mukesh Tatwal, MLA Shri Anil Jain Kaluhera, Shri Satish Malviya, Municipal Corporation Chairman Smt. Kalavati Yadav, Shri Vivek Joshi, Shri Bahadur Singh Bormundla, Shri Vishal Rajouria, Shri Pankaj Mishra, Shri Jagdish Aggarwal, Shri Shyam Bansal, Shri Sanjay Aggarwal, Shri Harshvardhan Singh along with public representatives, corporators and a large number of Ladli Behnas were present.
