Navagraha Shaktipeeth is a Remarkable Sacred Shrine: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav participated in the Pran-Pratishtha (consecration) ceremony of the Navagraha Shaktipeeth in Dabra, Gwalior district, on Sunday. On the auspicious occasion of Mahashivratri, the entire Navagraha Shaktipeeth campus resonated with chants of ‘Om Namah Shivaya’. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav offered prayers at the Navagraha Temple and wished for the happiness and prosperity of the people of the state.

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav stated that the Navagraha Shaktipeeth constructed in Dabra is a remarkable and divine shrine. He extended greetings and congratulations to all present on the occasion of Mahashivratri, on behalf of the Government of Madhya Pradesh. The Chief Minister said that it was a matter of great fortune to be present at the Shaktipeeth in Dabra on this sacred day.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav appreciated the efforts of former Minister Dr. Narottam Mishra, stating that by constructing the Navagraha Shaktipeeth, he had transformed a remarkable and inspiring resolve into reality. The Chief Minister also congratulated noted poet and speaker Shri Kumar Vishwas, saying that he is blessed with the grace of Goddess Saraswati and continues to inspire society through his work.

Referring to the episode of Lord Shri Ram’s exile, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that leaving behind a prosperous kingdom and still envisioning Ram Rajya despite limited resources reflects courage, patience and idealism. He stated that during the Swayamvar, Lord Ram revealed his divine form before many rulers of the world, and this episode is certainly worthy of study and research, particularly from the perspective of channelling youth power for societal welfare.

Welcoming Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav and other dignitaries at the ceremony, former minister Dr. Narottam Mishra said that the completion of this project in Dabra and the gathering of saints is a matter of great fortune. He expressed gratitude that Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav respected the sentiments of the people of Dabra by attending the event. Dr. Mishra honoured the Chief Minister and other guests with traditional turbans and angavastras.

Shri Kumar Vishwas narrated several mythological episodes during his discourse. Revenue Minister Shri Karan Singh Verma, Member of Parliament Shri Vishnudutt Sharma, other public representatives and a large number of devotees were present at the event.
