PM Narendra Modi’s Proposed Ajmer Visit on February 28: CM Reviews Preparations
Jaipur, February 2026 : Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma visited Ajmer on Tuesday to review preparations for the proposed visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on February 28. The Chief Minister inspected the public meeting venue at Kayad Vishram Sthali and held a review meeting with senior officials, issuing necessary directions to ensure the smooth and successful conduct of the programme.
The Chief Minister instructed officials to ensure timely arrangements for seating, drinking water, medical services, electricity supply, parking, traffic management, security, and other essential facilities. He emphasized close coordination between the traffic police and the transport department to maintain smooth traffic flow and ensure adequate parking.
Mr. Sharma said that during the visit, the Prime Minister will dedicate and lay foundation stones for various development projects for Rajasthan. The event will also see the launch of the HPV vaccine, and appointment letters will be distributed to a large number of youth. He directed officials to complete all preparations within the stipulated time.
Union Minister of State for Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare Bhagirath Choudhary, Water Resources Minister Suresh Singh Rawat, Chief Secretary V. Srinivas, Director General of Police Rajiv Kumar Sharma, and other senior officials were present during the review.
