Lok Sabha MP Meets Neepco & NTPC Chairman

Delhi, February 2026: Lok Sabha Member of Parliament Pu Richard Vanlalhmangaiha called on the Chairman of North Eastern Electric Power Corporation (NEEPCO) Ltd. and National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) Ltd., Gurdeep Singh, at his office.

During the meeting, the Chairmen of NEEPCO and NTPC expressed their appreciation to the Lok Sabha MP for the Mizoram Government’s practice of paying power bills on time. In return, the MP also conveyed thanks, noting that because of the timely payment of bills by the state government, Mizoram has received rebates amounting to over ₹7 crore.
