Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren Donates Blood, Inaugurates Voluntary Blood Donation Camp

March 2026 : A voluntary blood donation camp was organised at the Assembly Dispensary located in the premises of the Jharkhand Legislative Assembly in Jharkhand. On the occasion, Hemant Soren inaugurated the camp by personally donating blood.

The Chief Minister described blood donation as a noble humanitarian act, saying that it is a virtuous deed that can give a new lease of life to many people in need. He called upon all members of the Legislative Assembly, as well as officers and staff, to actively participate in this noble initiative.

Soren also appealed to people from all sections of society to understand the importance of blood donation and to adopt it as a regular practice.

On the occasion, Rabindra Nath Mahato, along with ministers, legislators, and officials and staff of the Assembly, were present and enthusiastically participated in the blood donation drive.
