MP Deputy CM Rajendra Shukla Meets CM Vishnu Deo Sai, Praises Raipur–Rewa Air Connectivity
Raipur, March 2026: Rajendra Shukla, Deputy Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, paid a courtesy visit to Vishnu Deo Sai at his residence in Raipur today. Chief Minister Sai warmly welcomed him with a shawl and memento.
During the meeting, both leaders discussed various issues related to regional development, mutual coordination, and public welfare. They also expressed consensus on further strengthening cooperation between the two states.
Deputy CM Shukla highlighted that Raipur and Rewa are now directly connected through air services. He said that this new air connectivity is a significant achievement made possible through the joint efforts of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh, benefiting people of both states.
Shukla appreciated the efforts of Chief Minister Sai in facilitating the Raipur–Rewa air service and expressed gratitude for his initiatives. He also emphasized the importance of continuing collaboration to advance shared interests between the two states.
Notably, the launch of air services between Raipur and Rewa is expected to make travel more convenient for residents of both Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh.
On the occasion, Chairman of the Chhattisgarh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board Dr. Rampratap Singh, Dr. Himanshu Dwivedi, and other public representatives were also present.
