‘Pulse Medical Conference’ to Guide Strengthening of Advanced Healthcare: MoS Madhuri Misal

Mumbai, March 2026 : Minister of State for Medical Education Madhuri Misal said that the ‘Pulse Medical Conference’ will serve as a guiding platform for strengthening advanced healthcare services and ensuring quality, accessible, and modern medical facilities for every citizen in the state.

The two-day conference will be held on March 27 and 28, 2026, at the Jio Convention Centre. The inaugural session will be attended by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, Deputy Chief Minister Sunetra Ajit Pawar, and Medical and Pharmaceuticals Minister Hasan Mushrif.

Around 2,900 delegates from India and abroad are expected to participate. The conference will feature in-depth discussions on key topics such as digital health, artificial intelligence, reforms in medical education, skill development, research and innovation, and strengthening rural and public healthcare systems.

The initiative aligns with the vision of achieving holistic development and the goal of a ‘Developed Maharashtra 2047’, with a focus on making rural healthcare more robust and technology-driven. The conference will provide a common platform for healthcare services, medical education, research, the pharmaceutical industry, startups, and wellness tourism.

Experts, researchers, industry leaders, and policymakers from across the globe will participate, fostering the exchange of ideas on new technologies, modern treatment methods, and investment opportunities. Agreements with around 30 companies and institutions are expected to be signed during the event.

The conference will also emphasise integrating Ayurveda and allopathy to develop a comprehensive healthcare system. Presentations on new pharmaceutical research, doctors’ research papers, and innovations will be showcased.

Highlighting its broader impact, Madhuri Misal expressed confidence that the conference will not remain limited to discussions but will lead to concrete decisions, investment agreements, and policy changes. It is expected to make healthcare services more modern, effective, and inclusive, while ensuring quality facilities reach even rural areas.
