Relief for Beneficiaries of Ladki Bahin Scheme; e-KYC Correction Deadline Extended till April 30
Mumbai, April 2026 : In a relief to women beneficiaries under the Mukhyamantri Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana, the deadline for completing e-KYC corrections has been extended till April 30, 2026. This information was shared by Women and Child Development Minister Aditi Tatkare.
The minister stated that the earlier deadline for completing the e-KYC process under the scheme was March 31, 2026. However, considering the unseasonal rains and hailstorms across the state, along with requests from beneficiaries, the government decided to grant an extension.
She added that the decision was taken as per the guidance of Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, and Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar.
The extension aims to ensure that maximum eligible women can avail the benefits of the scheme without facing inconvenience.
Women whose applications contain errors, incomplete e-KYC details, incorrect information, or those who faced technical issues have now been given additional time to complete the correction process. The minister urged all such beneficiaries to complete their e-KYC corrections by April 30.
