Grievance Redressal Programme for Army Veterans

An Outreach Programme for Indian Army Veterans was organised to identify and resolve grievances in r/o SPARSH and Family Pensioners of Bhopal District. The event was organised by 3 EME Centre, Bairagarh under the aegis of HQ Paschim MP Sub Area.

Veterans Cells are chartered with responsibility to extend genuine care and support to meet the aspirations of Veterans. It extends a window for welfare and grievance redressal to all Army Veterans and their Next of Kin (NOK) by constantly interacting with all stakeholders.

The Veteran Cell of HQ Paschim Madhya Bharat Sub Area provided a platform to the Veterans for interacting and redressing their issues. Sr AO, LAO Bhopal delivered a detailed lecture on SPARSH. On-the-spot identification and clarifications of grievances of pensioners undertaken by the LAO team during the event.

The event was attended by 45 Veterans and 03 NOKs. The Officiating GOC, Paschim MP Sub Area and the Officiating Commandant, 3 EME Centre interacted with the Veterans as well as the NOK. They ensured prompt identification and much required resolution of grievances of our esteemed Veterans.
