Photo Exhibition Showcases the Life Journey of Late Deputy Chief Minister Ajitdada Pawar: Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis

Mumbai, July 2026 : Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Tuesday said that the special photo exhibition dedicated to the life and legacy of late Deputy Chief Minister Ajitdada Pawar beautifully captures his remarkable journey and multifaceted personality. He said the exhibition offers visitors a glimpse into Ajitdada’s contributions to public life and will help preserve his memories in the hearts of people for years to come.

The exhibition, titled “Ajit Smruti Avit Smruti” (Everlasting Memories of Ajit), has been organised at the auditorium of the Maharashtra State Women’s Development Corporation (Mahila Arthik Vikas Mahamandal) to commemorate the 67th birth anniversary of the late Deputy Chief Minister.

Chief Minister Fadnavis inaugurated the exhibition and, while interacting with the media afterwards, fondly recalled Ajitdada Pawar’s life, public service, and enduring contributions.

Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said the exhibition presents a comprehensive account of Ajitdada’s life through a carefully curated collection of photographs, reflecting his achievements, leadership, and versatile personality. He added that the exhibition serves as a tribute to a leader whose work and commitment left a lasting impact on the people of Maharashtra.

Among those present at the inauguration were Deputy Chief Minister Sunetra Ajit Pawar, Medical Education Minister Hasan Mushrif, Water Resources Minister Girish Mahajan, Public Health Minister Prakash Abitkar, and Cooperation Minister Babasaheb Patil.

The Chief Minister said the exhibition has revived cherished memories of Ajitdada and urged all those who admired and respected him to visit the exhibition and experience the inspiring visual journey of his life.

Several legislators and public representatives also attended the event, including MLAs Shivajirao Garje, Satish Chavan, Chandradeep Narke, Gokul Shinde, Hiramann Khoskar, former MLA Rajesh Patil, former Gokul Sangh Chairman Arun Dongre, and other distinguished guests. The exhibition is expected to attract a large number of visitors wishing to pay tribute to the late leader and reflect on his contributions to the state.
