Parliamentary Affairs Minister Urges Public Officers to Work with Sensitivity and Transparency in Public Interest – Shri Patel
Jaipur : Shri Jogaram Patel, Minister of Parliamentary Affairs, Law, and Justice, emphasized that the state government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Bhajan Lal Sharma, is committed to the overall welfare and development of the public, along with addressing the common man’s problems. He assured that efforts in this regard will continue without any compromise. The Minister made these remarks during a public hearing at the Jodhpur Circuit House on Saturday.
During the hearing, he gathered information from the concerned authorities regarding public grievances and provided comprehensive guidelines to ensure their immediate and satisfactory resolution.
Shri Patel urged officers to take a serious approach to resolving public issues and work with a spirit of public service, setting an example of good governance. He encouraged them to proactively address public concerns at the departmental level, ensuring that residents’ issues are resolved quickly and without unnecessary delays.
The Minister stressed that the regular and uninterrupted provision of basic public services and facilities is the foremost responsibility of departmental officers. This responsibility should be fulfilled with sensitivity and transparency to realize the goals of good governance. Addressing public grievances, he assured citizens that their problems would be prioritized and resolved promptly.
During the public hearing, necessary instructions were given to officers from various departments, including Panchayati Raj, Revenue, Discom, Medical, Public Works, and Municipal Corporation, to address complaints and take appropriate action.
