25 Teams Formed for Home Postal Voting in Byculla Assembly Constituency for Elderly and Disabled Voters

Mumbai : For the 2024 Assembly General Elections, 25 teams have been formed to facilitate home postal voting for elderly and disabled voters in the Byculla Assembly constituency. Home postal voting for registered voters who submitted applications will be available from November 14 to 16, 2024.

Special centers have also been set up to accommodate postal voting for election duty officers, staff, and essential service police personnel who cannot be present at polling stations and have submitted Form 12-D.

For 189 elderly and 49 disabled voters in Byculla, home postal voting will take place from November 14 to 16, 2024, between 9 AM and 5 PM.

The postal voting center for Byculla Assembly constituency is set up at the Byculla Assembly Office, Richardson and Cruddas Limited, Ground Floor Hall, Shed No. 1, Booth No. 1, near JJ Road and Hume High School. This center will be open from November 16 to 18, 2024, between 9 AM and 5 PM.

A dedicated postal voting center for police in essential services is located in Shed No. 1, Booth No. 2, at Richardson and Cruddas Ltd. in Byculla. This facility will be available from November 16 to 18, 2024, between 9 AM and 5 PM. Assistant Election Officer Pratibha Varale has encouraged all elderly, disabled voters, election duty officials, and police in Byculla Assembly constituency to make use of the postal voting facilities.
