Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that Vision Document @ 2047 will be the basis of Vikasit Madhya Pradesh. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has set the target of making India a developed nation by 2047. ‘Vikasit Madhya Pradesh @ 2047 Vision Document’ is being prepared to make Madhya Pradesh a developed state by 2047. Last week, in this regard, the CEO of NITI Aayog, Shri B.V. R. Subramaniam held a detailed meeting with key state officials. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav instructed the ministers to review the preparation of the vision document in their respective departments. He said that the draft of the document should be presented before the Cabinet in the next three months. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing the ministers before the Cabinet meeting. The meeting of the Cabinet under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav started with Vande Mataram in Mantralaya.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav directed the Cabinet members to share their suggestions regarding urban development and urban planning in the state with the Urban Development and Housing Department. He said that to free the cities of slums in the state, work is going on under other heads including Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban). 9 lakh 50 thousand beneficiaries were benefited under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban).
Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban) 2.0 was implemented by Prime Minister Shri Modi in September 2024, in which, like before, getting a grant of up to Rs 2 lakh 50 thousand on one’s own land is a major component.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that on the birth anniversary of Lord Birsa Munda, which is celebrated as Tribal Pride Day on November 15, there will be state-level programmes in Dhar and Shahdol, which Prime Minister Shri Modi will address virtually.
