Approval for formation of Shri Krishna Patheya Trust
The meeting of the Cabinet was held under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav in Mantralaya on Wednesday evening. The Cabinet approved the formation of the ‘Shri Krishna Patheya Trust’ under the Madhya Pradesh Public Trust Act 1951 with the aim of developing places related to Lord Krishna as pilgrimage sites in Madhya Pradesh. As per the approval, literary and cultural conservation and promotion of areas related to Lord Shri Krishna will be done. The Trust will be able to implement activities like management of temples and structures of Lord Krishna, consultation and suggestions for the establishment of Sandipani Gurukul, development of places of Shri Krishna Patheya from social, economic, and tourism points of view, the establishment of a library, museum, etc. The trust constituted under the chairmanship of the Chief Minister will have a total of 28 members of which 23 ex-officio trustee members and 5 renowned scholars will be nominated as unofficial trustee members. The tenure of non-official trustee members will be a maximum of 3 years.
The headquarters of ‘Shri Krishna Patheya Trust’ will be Bhopal for which six posts will be created. Shri Krishna Patheya Trust can receive grants and donations from the government or other sources to fulfill its objective. For the operation of the Trust and to achieve its objectives, expert committees can be formed as per requirements for research, survey, and development work. Shri Krishna Patheya trust deed will be prepared for the trust. The deed will describe in detail the powers of the Trust, the Executive Committee, the members, the powers of the Executive Committee, the powers of the Trustee Secretary, the powers of the Chief Executive Officer, the accounts and audit of the Trust and the scope and limits of the Trust.
The objectives of Shri Krishna Patheya Trust include developing and preserving the places where Lord Shri Krishna stepped in Madhya Pradesh as pilgrimage sites and documenting and recording, cinematography, filming and painting of the related areas to understand the importance of the glorious tradition of our social culture. Protection, conservation, promotion, and management of the temples of Lord Krishna, the water structures, forest wealth, gardens, etc. located under the Sri Krishna Patheya Trust. These religious pilgrimage sites will be publicized at the national and international levels. Along with this, consultation, suggestions, and other actions will be taken for the establishment of Sandipani Gurukul for the systematic education of 64 arts and 14 sciences in Ujjain.
In accordance with the concept of Shri Krishna Pathey Trust, the heritage of education, culture, agriculture, cow and livestock conservation will be developed. Consultation, suggestions and necessary action will be taken for observation, archaeological exploration and creative development of the identified places of Shri Krishna Pathey falling within the boundary of Madhya Pradesh state from the viewpoint of religion, spirituality, culture, literature, history etc. Making the young generation aware of the life story of Lord Shri Krishna and the significance of his travels with Ujjain as the centre, devising plans to connect them emotionally and experientially with the destination places and organising cultural and other activities related to Lord Shri Krishna will be included in its objectives. In coordination with all the concerned departments of the Central and State Government, the places of Shri Krishna Pathey will be developed from the viewpoint of social, economic and tourism and various construction and infrastructure will be developed. Along with this, libraries, museums and information centres will be established for the information of tourists, researchers, youth and students of all classes while enlightening the general public religiously, culturally and educationally.
Shri Krishna Pathey Trust will get the contributions of many brilliant heroes, philosophers, seers, saints, thinkers, poets, litterateurs, artists, scientists who have contributed in establishing Lord Krishna as the Jagat Guru from the ancient times to the present time, and their speeches will be recorded and filmed. The inspirational stories and pictures of Lord Krishna will be presented through painting, engraving and sculpture. To fulfil the objectives of Sri Krishna Pathey Trust, financial and other activities will be implemented by establishing coordination, cooperation and contact with the Government of India, State Government, non-governmental institutions, organisations, national and international level bodies and individuals. Along with this, construction and management of auditoriums, community centres and dharamshalas will be done under Sri Krishna Pathey Trust.
Approval for appointment of 209 selected staff nurses
The Cabinet has approved the proposal to appoint 209 candidates selected for the post of staff nurse on the basis of the examination result declared on 27 January 2022 by the Professional Examination Board, Bhopal (presently Madhya Pradesh Staff Selection Board) to the vacant posts currently available in the medical colleges run under the department.
Approval of Ingoria-Unhel road costing Rs 127 crore 63 lakh in Ujjain
The Cabinet has approved the construction work of 2-lane road with paved shoulder from Ingoria-Unhel (length 23.71 km) under Ujjain district. This road will be 23.71 km long and will be developed through MP Road Development Corporation at a cost of Rs 127 crore 63 lakh.
