Finance Minister OP Choudhary launched ‘Mahatari Shakti Loan Scheme’

Finance Minister Shri O.P. Choudhary launched the Mahtari Shakti Loan Scheme from his residence office. State Rural Bank Chairman Shri Vinod Arora was also present on this occasion.

Expressing happiness, Finance Minister Shri Chaudhary said, “This scheme is an important step towards economically empowering mothers and sisters.”

Chairman of the State Rural Bank, Mr Arora, said that under the Mahtari Vandan Yojana, the sisters who have an account in the Rural Bank and in which the amount of Mahtari Vandan Yojana is deposited, will be provided a loan of up to Rs 25,000 for self-employment without any formality.

The Mahtari Shakti Loan Scheme launched by the State Rural Bank aims to make women in rural areas self-reliant and promote their economic empowerment. This scheme will not only provide financial help to women but will also help them provide a strong base for their family and society through self-employment.
