“As long as Modi is alive, reservation for Dalits, tribals and OBCs will not be allowed to be distributed on the basis of religion”. 

Respected Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, while addressing a huge public meeting organized in Zaheerabad, Telangana on Tuesday, launched a strong attack on the anti-constitutional mentality of the Congress and aggressively criticized its double character. In this programme, Union Minister and State President Shri G Kishan Reddy, National President of OBC Morcha Dr K Laxman and Lok Sabha candidate Shri Bhim Rao Vasant Rao Patil, Medak Lok Sabha candidate Shri M Raghunandan Rao and other leaders were present on the stage.

The eminent Prime Minister said that in the last ten years, the country has seen how far a decisive NDA government can take the country forward. There was a time when the world was progressing, but India was trapped in the quagmire of corruption by Congress. The world was making economic progress, but India was a victim of policy paralysis. NDA has brought India out of that period with great difficulty, but Congress wants to take the country back to the old days. Wherever Congress is, its politics has five marks like claws, first – false slogans and false promises, second – vote bank politics, third – promotion of mafias and criminals, fourth – nepotism and fifth – corruption. These five marks together form the claw of Congress. Even in Telangana, people are feeling the claws of Congress.

Taking a dig at Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, Mr Modi said that Telugu film industry has given super hit films like ‘Triple R’ to India, but Congress has given ‘Double R’ tax to the people of Telangana. Triple R film brought glory to India all over the world, but Congress’s Double R tax has become an embarrassment for India. There is discussion everywhere in Telangana that industrialists and contractors are having to pay some percentage of ‘Double R’ tax through the back door. It is alleged that whatever recovery is made from the state, a significant part of it goes to Delhi in the form of black money in the form of Double R tax. The people of Telangana are troubled by this Double R Tax. If the public does not stop this Double R Tax, it will ruin Telangana in 5 years in such a way that Telangana will not be able to stand again. First TRS, BRS ruined Telangana and now this Double R will also ruin the state, so to control Double R, make all the NDA candidates from Telangana win and send them to Delhi, then Double R will be scared, and it will also be controlled.

Honourable Prime Minister said that the Congress Party has come up with another new way to loot the public, if the Congress government is formed, then they are talking about introducing inheritance tax, that is, your lifetime earnings will not go to your children, but will go to them. Congress will collect more than half the share. The public will have to beware of these dangerous intentions of Congress. First BRS looted Telangana, now Congress is looting it. BRS committed a big scam in Kaleshwaram Project and when Congress was in opposition, they were talking about investigating it, but as soon as the government was formed, Congress suppressed the files of Kaleshwaram Project. When BRS was in power, it did not allow the investigation into the cash for vote case to proceed. Both Congress and BRS are not different but are members of the same corruption racket and how far their racket has spread is also visible from the liquor scam of Delhi. People from BRS were also involved in the liquor scam of the party in Delhi and Congress also has an alliance with the same party in Delhi. Therefore, when action was taken against this corruption gang, all these members of the corruption racket came in support of each other. BJP gives priority to farmers’ welfare, but Congress is not lagging behind in cheating the farmers also.        

Shri Modi said that Congress had promised to waive off the loans of farmers within 100 days of forming the government in Telangana, but even after months of forming the government, that promise has not been fulfilled. Congress had also promised to give Rs 500 per quintal on paddy, but now Congress is not even ready to talk about that promise. Congress gets its strength by keeping the poor. That is why Congress never allowed the poor, Dalits, backward classes, tribals and women to move forward. During the Congress rule, daughter’s education was a big challenge and due to lack of toilets in schools, daughters had to leave education midway, but the BJP government built separate toilets for girls in schools under the Beti Padhao-Beti Bachao campaign. The houses being given under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana are also being given mainly in the names of women. During the Congress government, along with the rights of women, their safety was also in danger. Congress chooses vote bank between women’s safety and vote bank. But for BJP, safety and respect of women is paramount. Anyone who plays with the honour of women should not be spared. In these ten years, BJP has made strict laws regarding women’s safety up to death penalty and in the next five years, BJP will work more strongly in this direction.

The illustrious Prime Minister said that when a government is strong and decisive, it creates history. The Ram temple built after waiting for 500 years is an example of this. Congress has not got the Ram temple constructed since independence, but BJP has shown the reason for having a strong government in Delhi by building the Ram temple. Ram temple in Ayodhya has been built because of a vote of the public. For BJP, people’s dreams are paramount, but for Congress, their vote bank is paramount. The faith of someone who is not the vote bank of the Congress does not matter to the Congress. That is why even the Ram Navami procession is being banned in Hyderabad. While making appeasement in united Andhra Pradesh, Congress had cut the reservation of SC, ST, OBC and given it to the Muslim community. In Telangana, 26 castes in Lingayat community are demanding to be included in OBC, but Congress does not accept making Lingayat castes OBC. But the Muslim community was included in OBC overnight. Congress and BRS have also ruined the aspirations of the Banjara community. The Congress leaders who lie day and night in the name of reservation do not care about the Madiga community. Congress is not ready to accept the demand for classification among Dalits.

Shri Modi ji said that Congress has hated the Constitution since the first day of independent India. There were pictures of Ramayana, Mahabharata and our culture on every page of Baba Saheb’s Constitution, but Congress removed all these pictures from the Constitution. The country’s first Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru committed this sin, after which Indira Gandhi locked the country’s democracy by imposing emergency and grossly insulted the Constitution. After this, Rajiv Gandhi tried to bring terrible laws to scare the media. The generations of princes who talked about the Constitution had tried to destroy the Constitution. Government is born from the Constitution and the Cabinet plays an important role. But the decision of former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh’s cabinet was torn and thrown away in front of the media by Prince Rahul Gandhi. The Constituent Assembly of India had decided that there would be no reservation on the basis of religion, but today Rahul Gandhi is stabbing Baba Saheb Ambedkar in the back by reducing the reservation of SC, ST and OBC and giving reservation to a particular class on the basis of religion. The Constitution is a scripture for Modi. When the Constitution of India completed 60 years, Modi was the only Chief Minister who celebrated the completion of 60 years of the Constitution. When I went to the Parliament for the first time in 2014, I first bowed my head before the Parliament and later set foot in the House because the Parliament is the reflection of the Constitution. When I became Prime Minister for the second time in 2019, I bowed before the Constitution before assuming charge. This is Modi’s dedication towards the Constitution.

The Honourable Prime Minister said that the royal family, which is hungry for power, is not ready to accept even the Constitution of the Congress Party. This royal family captured Congress by removing Sitaram Kesari from the post of President overnight. Congress is fooling the country in the name of the Constitution. The first amendment to the Constitution was made by Jawaharlal Nehru, which sought to impose restrictions on free speech. These have nothing to do with the Constitution. Everything seems good to the royal family when the power remains with them, but when the power goes to someone else, everything seems bad. Congress does not want to allow Parliament to function, raises questions on the Election Commission and EVMs and is now out to defame the Constitution for its vote bank. As long as Modi is alive, reservation for Dalits, tribals and OBCs will not be allowed to be distributed on the basis of religion. During Modi’s third term, the completion of 75 years of the Constitution will be celebrated with great enthusiasm. BJP will tell the public what mistakes Congress has made with the Constitution. Congress has shattered the spirit of democracy in the country by circulating fake videos of BJP leaders in this election. The name of Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy himself is coming up in this misdeed.

Shri Modi said that BJP is the only option for the development of Telangana and the country and only BJP has the resolve. 4 Vande Bharat trains have been run in Telangana and 60 stations are being developed under Amrit Bharat Scheme. The BJP government is going to develop the Yellareddy-Bodan-Bainsa road. The work of Sangareddy-Nanded-Akola National Highway has also been completed. The Congress government of Telangana is preventing the actions of the BJP government at the Center from being implemented in the state. The Congress government of the state is not giving land for the construction of Devi Sarakka University by the Central Government and is also not giving approval to the Manoharabad Railway Line. Congress wants to stall the development of Telangana for the sake of politics, it should not get even a single MP from Telangana. Today this Indi alliance has become so desperate that it has lost hope of becoming the official opposition. Today, not a single party in this alliance is even contesting elections on 272 seats. Respected Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji once again appealed to make NDA candidates victorious and form Modi government in the country with Prachanda Bhootham.
