Neeraj Chopra Ties the Knot with Himani Mor
Mumbai – India’s Olympic gold medalist javelin thrower, Neeraj Chopra, has tied the knot. He shared photos from his wedding on social media, where he can be seen celebrating with his family. The ceremony, a private affair, was attended by close friends and family members. According to reports, Neeraj married Himani Mor, a resident of Sonepat, two days ago. Himani is currently pursuing her studies in the United States.
Neeraj took to social media to share his joy, writing, “The new chapter of life begins with your family. Thankful for every blessing that brought us together in this moment.” Neeraj’s uncle confirmed the wedding and mentioned that there will be a reception. Bhim Chopra, Neeraj’s uncle, informed from their village in Khandara, Haryana, saying, “Yes, the marriage took place two days ago in India. The bride is from Sonepat, and she is studying in America.” He also added, “They’ve gone abroad for their honeymoon, but I am not sure about the destination. We preferred to keep the wedding details private.”
Neeraj had kept his marriage a secret until the pictures were shared. Fans were surprised to see the photos, with one featuring Neeraj alongside his mother. Neeraj Chopra made history at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, winning India’s first-ever gold medal in track and field. In 2023, he added another gold to his achievements at the World Athletics Championship.
