Chief Minister Dr. Yadav visits historical temples and castles in Japan

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav visited historical sites in Kyoto on the fourth day of his Japan visit. He explored the renowned Nijo-jo Castle, Sanjusangendo and Toji Temple to gain insights into Japan’s rich cultural heritage and discuss potential avenues for cultural and tourism cooperation between Madhya Pradesh and Japan.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav visited Nijo-jo Castle in Kyoto, symbolizing Japan’s rich historical heritage and architecture. During this visit, he also learned about various aspects related to the preservation and management of Japan’s cultural heritage. Additionally, he visited the Sanjusangendo Temple, renowned for its unique architecture and historical significance.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the cultural and industrial relations between Japan and Madhya Pradesh are already strong, and to further strengthen them, new dimensions of cooperation are being explored in various fields to promote tourism and cultural exchange.

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav stated that by learning from Japan’s expertise in preserving historical structures, Madhya Pradesh can introduce innovative approaches to developing its tourism and heritage sites. He emphasized that this visit marks a significant step toward the state’s development and strengthening international cooperation.

On this occasion, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was accompanied by his wife, Smt. Seema Yadav, Additional Chief Secretary Chief Minister’s Office Dr. Rajesh Rajoura, Principal Secretary Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion Shri Raghvendra Kumar Singh, Commissioner Public Relations Dr. Sudam Khade, and other senior officials.
