Prime Minister Shri Modis past efforts contributed to the success of the Japan visit: Chief Minister Dr. Yadav
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav stated that Madhya Pradesh will play a significant role in the country’s economic growth in the coming years. He emphasized that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, India has emerged as a key global economic power. A decade ago, before Prime Minister Modi took charge, India ranked 11th in the world economy. Today, it stands as the 5th largest economic power, striving for even greater progress. He highlighted that Madhya Pradesh will be a crucial contributor to the nation’s economic advancements. Reflecting on Prime Minister Modi’s tenure as Gujarat’s Chief Minister, Dr. Yadav noted his emphasis on strengthening economic ties with Japan, which is now benefiting the country. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav made these remarks while addressing a gathering at Bhopal Airport upon his return from a successful visit to Japan.
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, reflecting on his recently concluded visit to Japan, stated that Madhya Pradesh received significant recognition due to the Prime Minister’s efforts in previous years. He emphasized that the state’s importance was evident during the visit, as several major Japanese companies expressed keen interest in investing in Madhya Pradesh. Dr. Yadav mentioned that while his primary objective was to invite investors to the Global Investors Summit in Bhopal on February 24-25, the visit also resulted in receiving promising investment proposals. These investments, he added, will play a transformative role in boosting Madhya Pradesh’s economy.
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav highlighted the deep cultural and historical ties between India and Japan, emphasizing that Japan feels a close connection with India due to Buddhism and Emperor Ashoka. He noted that Japanese citizens are strong advocates of economic progress and believe in action, qualities that Madhya Pradesh aims to adopt for its own development. Dr. Yadav further stated that Japan shares a profound relationship with India, with many cultural similarities. He praised the Japanese people for their dedication, honesty, and commitment to work. He also admired their humility, as seen in their tradition of bowing and greeting with “namaste.” He pointed out that Japan does not impose retirement limits, allowing individuals to work as long as they are physically able. He stressed that strengthening Madhya Pradesh’s ties with Japan will unlock numerous development opportunities, helping the state achieve its goal of becoming the number one in the country. With 55 districts in Madhya Pradesh, the focus must be on the holistic development of all regions, leveraging Japan’s cooperation for progress.
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav provided a detailed account of his recent visit to Japan. Earlier, senior MP Shri Vishnu Dutt Sharma hailed the visit as a success, stating that Madhya Pradesh is on track to establish itself among the leading states of the country. He highlighted the upcoming Global Investors Summit in Bhopal, where Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will be in attendance, and noted that a significant delegation from Japan is expected to participate following the Chief Minister’s invitation. On his return, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav received a grand welcome at the Bhopal State Hangar. Ministers, MLAs, public representatives, and citizens warmly greeted him, honoring him with flower garlands as a mark of appreciation.
