Jyoti Kalash Rath Yatra, Seeks Blessings at Gurudwara, and Promotes Environmental Conservation through Tree Plantation

Jaipur : Minister of State for Environment & Forests (Independent Charge), Shri Sanjay Sharma, on Friday, flagged off the Jyoti Kalash Rath Yatra from Jagannath Temple in Alwar district after offering prayers and floral tributes, wishing for the prosperity of the nation and the state. A large number of devotees participated in the Rath Yatra, which commenced from Jagannath Temple and passed through Tripolia, Hope Circus, and Police Control Room, before concluding at Gayatri Temple. Notably, the Jyoti Kalash Rath Yatra had arrived in Alwar from Bharatpur on Thursday.

Participated in Gurumukh Conference and Received Blessings

Minister Sharma also attended the 101st Gurumukh Conference at the Gurudwara in Manumarg, where he sought blessings from Maharaj Shri Santaren Dr. Harbhajan Shah Singh. During the event, he actively took part in a charitable water service (Pyaau) set up by the Purusharthi Samaj, offering water to devotees as a symbol of humanitarian service.

Promoting Environmental Conservation through Tree Plantation

Reaffirming his commitment to daily tree planting, Shri Sharma planted a sapling at Matrivan, emphasizing the importance of environmental conservation. He highlighted that tree plantation is crucial for maintaining ecological balance and urged people to contribute to nature by planting more trees as an expression of gratitude towards the environment.
