“Chhattisgarh CM & Family Plant Neem, Rudraksha, and Chiku Saplings on World Environment Day”

In Raipur, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, along with his wife Smt Kaushalya Sai and family members, planted Chiku, Neem, and Rudraksha trees at his residence on the occasion of World Environment Day today. On this occasion, he appealed to the people of the region to plant saplings in and around their homes and take responsibility for keeping them alive.

Chief Minister Shri Sai emphasized the importance of planting as many trees as possible during the upcoming monsoon season to make homes, surroundings, villages, cities, and forests greener. He also highlighted the state government’s commitment to environmental protection.

Present at the event were DFO Shri Loknath Patel, SDO Shri V. N. Mukherjee, and officials and staff from the Chief Minister’s Residence.
