Chief Secretary Jain reviews preparations for Global Investors Summit

Chief Secretary Shri Anurag Jain conducted a detailed review of the preparations for the Global Investors Summit (GIS) scheduled in Bhopal. He instructed the Bhopal Collector and the Police Commissioner to ensure that the examinations taking place during the GIS are not disrupted. Special attention should be given to ensuring that no student faces any obstacles in reaching their examination centers.

Chief Secretary Shri Jain reviewed various arrangements for the Global Investors Summit, including the traffic system, parking, e-buses, e-cards, meeting setups, hotel accommodations, health and food services for guests, contingency plans, and the arrival and departure arrangements for the Prime Minister. He directed all officers to clearly understand and fulfill their responsibilities, emphasizing the importance of teamwork to ensure the summit’s success and contribute to the state’s economic development.

In the meeting, the departments of Health, Renewable Energy, Urban Administration, Skill Development, Horticulture, Mineral Resources, Tourism and MSME gave presentations and information about their preparations.

Additional Chief Secretary Dr. Rajesh Rajoura, Shri Ashok Barnwal, Shri Manu Shrivastava, Shri Anupam Rajan, Principal Secretary Shri Sanjay Shukla, Shri Umakant Umrao, Shri Raghvendra Singh Secretary, Shri Sudam P. Khade, Shri M. Raghuraj Collector Bhopal and Police Commissioner were present in the meeting.
