Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai Attends Giraudpuri Fair
Announces Increase in Fair Budget from ₹25 Lakh to ₹50 Lakh and Construction of a Permanent Shed from the Main Entrance to the Temple
Raipur : Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai participated in the Giraudpuri Fair and offered prayers at the Guru Gaddi, seeking blessings for the prosperity and well-being of the people of the state.
On this occasion, responding to the requests of the fair committee, the Chief Minister announced an increase in the fair’s budget from ₹25 lakh to ₹50 lakh and the construction of a permanent shed from the main entrance of the fair complex to the temple for the convenience of devotees.
After visiting the temple, CM Sai personally distributed prasad to the devotees. The event was graced by religious leader Gurubal Das Saheb, former Assembly Speaker Gauri Shankar Agrawal, Cabinet Minister Dayal Das Baghel, Inspector General of Police Amresh Mishra, Collector Deepak Soni, SSP Vijay Agrawal, along with numerous saints and devotees.
It is noteworthy that the three-day Giraudpuri Fair is being held from March 4 to March 6. This annual event at Giraudpuri Dham serves as a platform to spread the teachings of Guru Ghasidas Ji, emphasizing truth, non-violence, and equality among the masses.
