Chief Minister Dr. Yadav to Honor Women for Excellence in the Field of Women and Child Welfare on March 8

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will honor outstanding women who have made remarkable contributions in social service, security, bravery, and courageous acts for the welfare of women and children in the state, on March 8, International Women’s Day.

The state-level event will take place at the Kushabhau Thakre International Convention Center in Bhopal, where the Chief Minister will distribute the State-Level Awards of the Women and Child Development Department. Dr. Yadav will also transfer the monthly instalment of Rs 1,250 under the Ladli Behna Yojana.

Notably, the Women and Child Development Department will present awards for the year 2023-24, including Rashtramata Padmavati Award (2023), Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Social Service Award (2023-24), Rani Avantibai Bravery Award (2024), Shri Vishnu Kumar Women and Child Welfare Social Service Honor (2024), Additionally, on International Women’s Day, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav will transfer approximately Rs 1,552.73 crore with a single click to the bank accounts of 1.27 crore women beneficiaries under the Ladli Behna Yojana for March 2025.
