Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde Celebrates Holi with Family and Supporters
Mumbai : Maharashtra’s Mahayuti government is bringing joy and prosperity to the common people through development projects and welfare schemes, stated Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde while extending Holi greetings to the people of the state. He expressed his wish for happiness and prosperity in the lives of all citizens.

On this occasion, Shinde congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi for being honored with the highest civilian award by the Government of Mauritius, calling it a proud moment for every Indian, as it enhances India’s global reputation.
At his residence in Thane, Shinde celebrated Holi with his family, including his wife Lata Shinde, son MP Dr. Shrikant Shinde, daughter-in-law Vrushali, and grandson Rudransh. Party workers, media representatives, and police personnel also joined the celebration, where natural colors were used to mark the festival.
The Deputy Chief Minister urged people to celebrate Holi in an eco-friendly manner, using natural colors instead of chemical-based ones to protect the environment. He emphasized the importance of maintaining ecological balance and expressed his hope for a prosperous and flourishing Maharashtra during the Holika Dahan celebrations.
Shinde extended Holi wishes to opposition leaders, inviting them to join in the spirit of development and support the government’s initiatives for the state’s progress.
As per tradition, he visited Anand Ashram at Tembhi Naka, where he paid tribute to Dharamveer Anand Dighe by applying color to his portrait. He then celebrated Holi with thousands of Shiv Sainiks and citizens gathered at the ashram, making the festival a vibrant and memorable event.
