Chief Minister Reviews Preparations for the Proposed Visit of U.S. Vice President to Jaipur
Jaipur : Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma held a meeting with officials on Saturday morning at the Chief Minister’s residence to review the preparations for the proposed visit of the Vice President of the United States, Mr. J.D. Vance, scheduled from April 21 to 24 in Jaipur.
Mr. Sharma instructed that all concerned officials should work in coordination to ensure that Vice President Vance’s visit to Jaipur is memorable and historic. He directed the Police Department to put all security arrangements in place well in advance, and also emphasized the need for proper traffic management during the visit.
The Chief Minister also instructed the district administration and officials of the concerned departments to appoint dedicated officers to oversee the various responsibilities related to the Vice President’s visit.
It is noteworthy that U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance is expected to be accompanied by his wife, Mrs. Usha Vance, their children, and senior members of the U.S. administration. His itinerary includes visits to historic landmarks in Jaipur.
