Rajasthan Rises as Top Investment Hub: CM Bhajanlal Sharma
Chief Minister Shri Bhajanlal Sharma stated that Rajasthan is emerging as a leading investment destination in India through the Rising Rajasthan Global Investment Summit. The implementation of MoUs signed during the summit will not only boost the state’s economy but also create ample employment opportunities for the youth. He emphasized that the state government is continuously working to bring these MoUs to fruition.
CM Sharma instructed officials to maintain regular communication with investors to ensure effective implementation of the MoUs and to resolve any hurdles that may arise in the process.
While reviewing the implementation of the Rising Rajasthan MoUs, the Chief Minister reiterated the state government’s commitment to providing a conducive environment for investors. He called for seamless coordination among departments to expedite the execution of these MoUs. He further directed that work should proceed with defined targets and pending land allotment cases related to the MoUs should be resolved on a priority basis. He also urged simplification of land allocation incentives.
MoUs Worth Over ₹1,000 Crore to Undergo Category-Wise Review
The Chief Minister announced that all MoUs exceeding ₹1,000 crore in value will be reviewed category-wise, with continuous dialogue to be maintained with each investor. He added that high-level review meetings will be held under his leadership for significant sectors such as solar energy, wind energy, pump storage, and green energy. CM Sharma instructed officials to ensure necessary policy amendments are implemented to facilitate on-ground execution of these MoUs.
