Rosh Hanikra Reopens After 18 Months with New Attractions
Tel Aviv: The famous Rosh Hanikra site on Israel’s northern coast is set to reopen on Monday, May 12, after being closed for 18 months due to conflict. Known for its stunning sea caves and historic British-era railway tunnel, the site has undergone major renovations. Though the cable car remains out of service, visitors can now access the area through the old tunnel. New offerings include guided tours of the sea caves, electric vehicle and bike rides along the scenic coastal promenade, off-road adventure tours, and kosher dining at the chef-led restaurant “HaTzuk.” The reopening is part of the Western Galilee Treasures initiative to boost tourism in the region.
