“Odisha CM reopens Grievance Cell after 16 years, vows to address public concerns”
Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi addressed public grievances today in the presence of Deputy CM K V Singh Deo and other ministers. Thousands of citizens gathered at the Chief Minister’s Grievance Cell in Unit-V ahead of the public grievance hearing, which began at 11 am. Registration for grievances was conducted between 1 am and 12 noon.
Citizens can register their names through the government website www.janasunani.odisha.gov.in. After registration, they will have to wait for their turn to meet the CM. Alternatively, they can register by messaging on WhatsApp at NO – 6370951930, along with their email and postal address.
The grievance hearing will be held at 11 am every Monday. Arrangements have been made to seat 30 people in the hall where the CM will hear grievances. Additionally, drinking water and other basic amenities are available for visitors to the cell.
The new CM resumed grievance hearings after a 16-year hiatus since it was discontinued in 2008.
