Counseling Process Begins for Surplus Head Teachers and Assistant Teachers
Posting Orders Immediately Issued for Selected Schools to Counseling Participants
Raipur : As per the directives of the State Government and in the presence of Collector Mr. Ajit Vasant, the counseling process for the posting of surplus head teachers and assistant teachers of Korba district is underway today at the Rajiv Gandhi Auditorium, Transport Nagar. In the first phase, counseling for surplus head teachers was conducted based on seniority. The counseling process for assistant teachers is still ongoing.
During the counseling, the head teachers selected schools of their choice from the available vacancies. Assistant teachers are also participating and choosing their preferred schools from the designated list.
Collector Mr. Ajit Vasant emphasized that the counseling process is being carried out transparently as per government guidelines. He stated that through the adjustment of surplus teachers in teacher-less and single-teacher schools across the district, students in remote areas will now have access to regular teachers, ensuring the delivery of quality education. Teachers participating in the counseling are being issued immediate posting orders to the schools they selected.
Teacher Expresses Satisfaction
Mrs. Dekumari Sahu, a teacher from Primary School Jenzara, who participated in the counseling and chose her preferred school from the list, appreciated the process. She expressed happiness at being posted to the new school in Dhelwadih, where she will now fulfill her teaching responsibilities. She conveyed her joy on receiving a school of her choice during the counseling.
