Chief Minister inaugurates ‘Gujarat Gunvatta Sankalp’ to propel Gujarat as the leading developed state of Viksit Bharat.

Gandhinagar : To realize Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s vision for Viksit Bharat by 2047, Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel emphasized Gujarat’s readiness to lead in delivering quality services and facilities. He emphasized that quality forms the foundation of Viksit Bharat. Campaigns like Digital India, Startup India, Make in India, and Skill India have achieved significant success under the Prime Minister’s leadership.

The Chief Minister said that with the slogan ‘Modi Hai To Mumkin Hai,’ the Modi 3.0 government aims to achieve unprecedented quality standards, with Gujarat taking a pivotal role. The Chief Minister was addressing the inauguration of the Gujarat Quality Resolution Agenda seminar organized by the Quality Council of India in Ahmedabad. He noted that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s leadership has shaped the history of both saturation (of schemes/initiatives) and development-focused politics in the country. He emphasized that ensuring every scheme benefits its intended beneficiaries has been achieved through comprehensive implementation. Integrating quality into public welfare and national service commitments, he noted, significantly enhances the Ease of Living. CM further stated that the Prime Minister is dedicated to his goal to elevate India to become the largest economy during his third term. He emphasized the importance of everyone being prepared to deliver high-quality output across all sectors. Gujarat has embraced all initiatives put forth by the Prime Minister, emerging as a model of development and the ‘Gateway to the Future.’ To further accelerate its progress, a roadmap for Viksit Gujarat@2047 has been laid out.

The Chief Minister also stated that Gujarat, as a policy-driven state, has been a frontrunner in attracting FDI investments and nurturing startups over the past three years. This success is attributed to its conducive business environment, efficient logistics capabilities, and robust infrastructure. Furthermore, Gujarat hosts operations of approximately 100 Fortune 500 companies. Looking ahead, our aim is for Gujarat to lead in sectors such as semiconductors, green energy, and exports. CM emphasized that by integrating an additional ‘G’ for Gunvatta (Quality) into Gujarat’s 5G development model—comprising Gunvantu Gujarat (Quality Gujarat), Green Gujarat, Global Gujarat, Gatisheel Gujarat (Dynamic Gujarat), and Garvi Gujarat (Proud Gujarat)—the state aims to lead as the first developed state in the country. He highlighted that the establishment of the Quality Council of India in this context will chart a new course toward achieving this goal. CM commended the organizers for arranging productive discussions on various quality improvement topics and for hosting a successful event. In the inaugural session, the Chairman of the Quality Council of India, Shri Jaxay Shah, welcomed attendees and remarked that just as the historic Dandi March began in Gujarat, the journey towards a revolutionary transformation in quality is also beginning from Gujarat.

On this occasion, several notable dignitaries were present, including Additional Chief Secretary of the Industry and Mines Department Shri S.J. Haider, Chief Minister’s Advisor Shri S.S.
