CM Yogi assures medical aid and housing to needy at Janata Darshan

Gorakhpur : Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, on Saturday, reaffirmed his government’s commitment to public welfare as he met over 200 people during the Janata Darshan held at Gorakhnath Temple. In a poignant moment, he comforted a woman holding her ailing daughter, assuring her that the government would ensure the best possible treatment for the child and arrange for proper housing for the family.

During the Janata Darshan, CM Yogi attentively listened to the grievances of citizens who were seated outside the Mahant Digvijaynath Smriti Bhawan. He moved from one individual to another, collecting their petitions and directing the concerned administrative and police officials to resolve the issues in a fair, time-bound, and satisfactory manner.

Touched by the sight of the woman holding her sick daughter, CM Yogi not only promised full government support for the child’s treatment but also committed to arranging housing for the family under relevant welfare schemes. Throughout the interaction, he was seen fondly engaging with the child.

Reiterating his government’s resolve, the Chief Minister said no person in need would be deprived of access to healthcare or housing due to financial constraints. He instructed officers present to immediately prepare medical estimates for patients requiring critical treatment so that timely financial aid can be provided by the government.

The Janata Darshan also saw several others seeking financial support for medical emergencies. The CM assured them that the state would not allow lack of funds to hinder anyone’s treatment. He also issued stern directions to law enforcement to act firmly against land mafia and those involved in criminal activities, particularly in cases of illegal encroachments.

As he interacted with the people, CM Yogi also spent time with children accompanying their parents, offering blessings, encouraging them to study diligently, and handing out chocolates.
