CM Dr. Yadav: Public Representatives Must Boost Effectiveness, Transparency, and Efficiency.

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav emphasized the crucial role public representative’s play as a bridge between the public and the administration. He urged them to be more effective, transparent, and efficient in their duties, maintaining constant communication and better coordination between the general public and the administration. He encouraged representatives to strive to make their constituencies exemplary and to prepare a vision document for their assembly constituency, focusing on improving citizens’ lives through advancements in education, health, agriculture, sanitation, infrastructure, and other vital sectors.

Dr. Yadav instructed the preparation and implementation of an action plan, formulated in consultation with public representatives and tailored to local conditions, to regulate nighttime activities in all cities, including Indore. Additionally, he highlighted the need for doctors to remain in contact with district collectors to provide immediate PMShri Air Ambulance services to affected individuals in case of a disaster. The Chief Minister conveyed these directives during a meeting with MLAs from the Indore division at Samatva Bhawan, discussing the action plan to achieve comprehensive development goals over the next four years.

In the meeting, Urban Development and Housing Minister Shri Kailash Vijayvargiya, Forest Minister Shri Nagar Singh Chauhan, MP Shri V.D. Sharma, former minister Smt. Archana Chitnis, former minister Smt. Usha Thakur, former mayor of Indore Smt. Malini Gaur, MLAs and officials were present.

Hire Retired Patwaris and Revenue Inspectors on Contract to Address Revenue Staff Shortage

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav emphasized the need to launch a campaign to resolve revenue cases within a set timeframe. To address the shortage of revenue staff in the districts, he suggested hiring retired Patwaris and Revenue Inspectors on a contract basis, providing relief to the public by clearing pending cases. Collectors have been instructed to ensure that the general public does not face issues due to pending revenue cases at any level and to guarantee that Patwaris are available at their headquarters.

Dr. Yadav also highlighted the importance of proper management of livestock. He directed to establish cow sheds in place of the previously built Kanji houses, ensuring proper care for the animals, especially during the rainy season. Additionally, he advised increasing the capacity of cow sheds in large municipal corporations to accommodate more animals.

Recruitment process will start for two lakh posts

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav emphasized the importance of organizing discussions, seminars, and similar events at the police station level to educate the general public about the provisions of the three new laws recently implemented on July 1. He announced that 7,500 policemen will be recruited soon, and the recruitment process for two lakh vacant posts will begin shortly. He urged MLAs to make arrangements for the preparation of competitive examinations for the youth in their areas and to provide them with the necessary encouragement. Additionally, Dr. Yadav stated that the operation of soil testing laboratories in the districts will be entrusted to the local youth.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that it is the responsibility of the government to provide the benefits of Ayushman Yojana to the eligible beneficiaries. MLAs and administrative officers should conduct surprise inspections of hospitals in their areas and check the arrangements. Also ensure that the benefits of government schemes are made available to the general public. CSR funds should also be used to improve the system of hospitals.

Be aware of the functioning of organizations related to the common people

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that MLAs should be aware of the quality of food being provided in hostels, Anganwadis and Deendayal kitchens and should also keep testing them. The functioning of institutions related to common people like schools, colleges, fair price shops etc. should also be inspected.

In the meeting, the MLAs discussed on resolving the revenue cases within the time limit, simplifying the process of making caste certificates, and resolving the problems faced by the people going for treatment in other states in availing the facility of Ayushman Card.
