Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami Directs Timely Implementation of ‘Digital Uttarakhand’ Integrated Platform for Citizen Services
Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami has directed that effective and time-bound action be taken in accordance with the defined roadmap to ensure the simple, convenient, and transparent delivery of citizen services through the ‘Digital Uttarakhand’ Integrated Platform.
The Chief Minister emphasized that all concerned departments must act promptly to make this game-changing digital initiative of the state government a success, which is crucial for achieving good governance. He was speaking at a high-level review meeting held at the Secretariat to assess the progress of implementation of various flagship schemes, particularly the Digital Uttarakhand platform.
CM Dhami stated that this initiative will help bring the state into the mainstream of the digital era by making the governance system more transparent and efficient, and will revolutionize the way services and communication are delivered to citizens. He also emphasized that user-friendliness, convenience, and data security must be top priorities in the development of this platform.
During the meeting, IT Secretary Shri Nitesh Jha informed that the Digital Uttarakhand platform is being developed as a single digital access point for quick access to all state government schemes and services. It aims to strengthen data-driven administration and bring significant improvements in efficiency and service delivery, ensuring effective implementation of various schemes and programs.
