The Salempur industrial area will be connected to the Hathras-Mathura Road (Hathras-Sikandara Rao main road). According to the master plan, the development will include road construction, a potable water supply network, a rising main network, borewell development, a recycled water supply network, a domestic sewage collection network, a solid waste treatment plant, and a CETP network for industrial waste collection and transportation.  Additionally, rainwater harvesting, storm-heavy rain drainage systems, SCADA, land development, facility buildings, entry gates, and boundary walls will be constructed.
