Processing Fee and Documentation Charges Waived on Loans by HARCO Bank; Home Loans Starting at 7.50%
Business Meet / Workshop–2025 Held for GMs and Development Officers of District Central Cooperative Banks
Chandigarh – Managing Director/CEO of HARCO Bank, Dr. Prafulla Ranjan, has announced that the bank has waived all processing fees and documentation charges on all types of loans for its customers until August 31, 2025. Based on CIBIL scores, HARCO Bank is offering home loans at an interest rate of 7.50%, vehicle loans at 7.75%, and personal loans at 10% per annum. Customers can visit any branch of the bank during this period to avail of these loan schemes. HARCO Bank always works in the interest of the public, he said.
Dr. Ranjan was addressing the Business Meet / Workshop–2025, organized in Chandigarh for the General Managers and Development Officers of all District Central Cooperative Banks in Haryana. The event was attended by General Manager Sh. Ramesh Poonia, Deputy General Managers Smt. Urvashi Gupta, Smt. Sudha Sharma, Sh. Sunil Patad, Manager Sh. Yashveer Singh Ahlawat, along with other officers and staff. Sh. Yashveer Singh Ahlawat welcomed all the participating GMs and officials.
Dr. Ranjan presented various deposit and loan-related schemes of HARCO Bank to the officers via a PowerPoint presentation and advised them to implement the new schemes in the interest of the public and the bank.
During the workshop, all General Managers presented progress reports related to their respective banks, covering deposits, loans, CRAR, PACS computerization, CSCs, PMKSK, Jan Aushadhi Kendras, etc. After reviewing these reports, Dr. Ranjan set new targets for all District Central Cooperative Banks to achieve by March 31, 2026, regarding deposits, loan disbursement, and NPA recovery. Strategies were outlined to help meet these targets.
Dr. Ranjan also presented awards for outstanding performance, with Bhiwani District Central Cooperative Bank securing first place, followed by Gurugram in second and Hisar Bank in third. Additionally, Yashveer Singh Ahlawat, Manager at HARCO Bank, was honoured with a State Nodal Officer trophy for his excellent work on the Kisan Credit Portal.
On this occasion, General Manager Ramesh Poonia addressed all GMs, instructing them to work on reducing NPAs, taking appropriate legal action against defaulters, and increasing deposits. Deputy General Manager Sudha Sharma directed all GMs and Development Officers to complete the inspection of the District Central Cooperative Banks for the year 2024–25. Urvashi Gupta, Deputy GM, added that such business meets and workshops will prove beneficial for all district cooperative banks.
