Tribal Development Minister Dr. Ashok Uike Interacts with Ashram School Students, Urges Them to Aim High

Gadchiroli : Tribal Development Minister Dr. Ashok Uike paid a goodwill visit today to the Government English Medium Tribal Ashram School at Semana Road. During his visit, he engaged in an open and heartfelt conversation with the students, encouraging them to preserve tribal culture while also pursuing higher education and contributing to national development. “Study hard, become ministers, become collectors,” he said, inspiring the students with these motivating words.

Dr. Uike, along with other dignitaries, planted trees in the school premises, emphasizing the importance of the environment and urging students to take care of nature.

During the visit, the Minister also inspected the girls’ hostel, reviewing the accommodation, food, and other facilities. He gave important directives to ensure better amenities for the students. These included displaying photographs of great personalities, installing boards outlining the code of conduct for students, and improving the seating arrangements for visitors.

Among those present on the occasion were District Collector Avishyant Panda, Additional Commissioner for Tribal Development Ayushi Singh, MLA Dr. Milind Narote, Zilla Parishad CEO Suhas Gade, Integrated Tribal Development Project Officer Ranjit Yadav, along with dignitaries Ashok Nete, Dr. Deorao Holi, Namdev Usendi, Prakash Gedam, and others.
