Saitual District Observes Pledge to Stay Away from Drugs

Saitual, Aug 2025:Today, at the Keifang Centenary Sports Complex, the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan (NMBA) Pledge to stay away from drugs was taken jointly by students, teachers, and government employees across Saitual District.

The Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan (NMBA) Pledge was read as follows:

I pledge to make my country free from drugs.

I commit to avoiding all intoxicating substances;

I pledge to make others aware of the ill effects and harmful consequences of drug abuse, to think positively, live a disciplined life, and help others stay away from drugs.

Recognizing that drugs are a major problem for our nation, I pledge today, under the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan, to work together with my community, family, and friends—and also personally commit myself—to keeping our society free from drugs.
