Lunglei Additional DC Felicitates Lunglei District Representative in Storytelling Competition

Lunglei, Aug 2025:In recognition of her achievement, Lunglei District Additional Deputy Commissioner Pi Zoramdini today felicitated Zorimawii of Lunglei Ramthar, a BA (5th Semester) student from HATIM, who represented Lunglei District in the ‘Thawnthu Insawisiak’ (State Level Storytelling Competition) Grand Finale organized by the Mizoram Government’s Tourism Department on 8 August 2025 at Ignite Studio, Aizawl.

Addl. DC Pi Zoramdini praised Zorimawii for her outstanding performance and the honor she brought to the district, wishing her success in her future endeavors. She also presented a cash award of ₹10,000 to the district representative.

Earlier, on 6 August 2025 (Wednesday), the Lunglei District Level Storytelling Competition was held at the DC Conference Hall, Lunglei, where Zorimawii secured first place and qualified to represent the district at the State Level event. She also received a participation prize there.
