The results were declared at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, by Union Minister for Education, Shri Dharmendra Pradhan, in the presence of Minister of State for Education, Jayant Chaudhary. Representatives from top-ranked institutions attended the event, including PUC Principal, Prof. H. Lalthanzara, and Mizoram University Registrar, Prof. Lalnundanga.

Despite slipping in position, PUC remains the only college from Northeast India to be featured in the Top 100 list.
For 2025, the top three institutions in the College Category are:
- Hindu College (1st place)
- Miranda House (2nd place)
- Hans Raj College (3rd place)
According to the 2023–2024 records, PUC had 2,761 undergraduate students, including 45 from other states and 12 international students. At the postgraduate level, the college enrolled 88 students.
