Approximately 1,300 Acres of Land Allocated to 91 Companies in PM MITRA Park : CM Dr. Yadav
Bhopal, Sept 2025 : Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that before the foundation of country’s first PM MITRA Park in Bhainsola, Dhar district, investment proposals worth over Rs 23,000 crore had already been received from 114 leading textile companies. Out of these, applications from 91 companies and units have been approved, and the allocation of more than 1,294 acres of land has been recommended. The approved companies’ proposals alone amount to investments exceeding Rs 20,000 crore, which will generate over 72,000 direct jobs. Once the park is fully developed, the employment figure is expected to reach around three lakh. This is not just a number, but a tangible transformation in lives of millions of families.
Key Investment Proposals
Several leading textile companies have submitted large scale investment proposals for PM MITRA Park. Vardhman Textiles Ltd will invest Rs 2,000 crore on 190 acres, Jain Cord Industries Pvt. Ltd will invest Rs 2,515 crore on 58 acres, AB Cotspin India Ltd will invest Rs 1,300 crore on 45 acres, Trident Ltd will invest Rs 4,881 crore 180 acres, Aura Securities Pvt. Ltd will invest Rs 1,204 crore on 105 acres, Best Lifestyle Apparel Pvt. Ltd will invest Rs 981 crore on 75 acres, NASA Fiber to Fashion Pvt. Ltd will invest Rs 472 crore on 30 acres, Donear Synthetic Ltd will invest Rs 220 crore on 20 acres, Mahalaxmi Processing House Pvt. Ltd will invest Rs 300 crore on 30 acres, Commercial Sin Bags Ltd will invest Rs 134 crore on 8 acres, and Navkar Tektex Ltd will invest Rs 135 crore on 8 acres.

These investments will develop a complete value chain for yarn, fabric and garment production, making the state’s textile industry globally competitive. The land allocation process for PM Mitra Park is progressing rapidly. Out of the total 2,158 acres, approximately 1,300 acres have already been allocated, and the remaining land is being made available in phases. Following the land foundation ceremony, construction by industries will begin, ensuring that benefits of investments are quickly visible on the ground.
