Inauguration of Mobile Forensic Van and I-Bikes by Guardian Minister Meghna Bordikar

Parbhani, Sept 2025 : To facilitate smoother investigations by the Parbhani Police Department, a Mobile Forensic Van and five I-Bikes were inaugurated today by Guardian Minister Meghna Sakore-Bordikar.

The event was attended by District Collector Sanjaysingh Chavan, Superintendent of Police Ravindrasingh Pardeshi, Chief Executive Officer Natisha Mathur, Additional Collector Dr. Pratap Kale, Additional Superintendent of Police Suraj Gunjal, Resident Deputy Collector Anuradha Dhalkari, along with several police officers and staff.

Minister Bordikar praised the innovative initiative of the Parbhani Police Department, highlighting that the I-Bikes have been developed under the concept of “Waste to Wealth.” She said these tools will play a vital role in maintaining law and order. She also commended Superintendent Pardeshi for his innovative idea and suggested that the initiative be presented as a model example in the Chief Minister’s 150-day program.

In his introductory remarks, Superintendent of Police Ravindrasingh Pardeshi said that the police department remains vigilant to maintain law and order in the district. He underlined the importance of the Mobile Forensic Van and I-Bikes, noting that these resources will greatly speed up investigations.

On this occasion, the Guardian Minister flagged off the I-Bikes, marking their formal launch. Prior to this, the staff who had undergone training on operating the forensic van and I-Bikes were felicitated with certificates.
