Release of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Jayanti Poster : 109th Birth Anniversary to Be Celebrated on 25 September at Dhankya

Jaipur, Sept 2025: The poster for the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Memorial Lecture, organized on the occasion of his 109th birth anniversary, was released by Rajasthan Assembly Speaker Shri Vasudev Devnani on Saturday at the Constitution Club of Rajasthan auditorium.

Speaking on the occasion, Shri Devnani said that Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay’s birth anniversary will be celebrated on 25 September at Dhankya. He emphasized that Panditji’s policies remain contemporary and highly relevant today, highlighting the urgent need for self-reliance. According to him, self-reliance will strengthen India’s stature globally and make the nation more self-sufficient.

On the occasion, Shri Omkar Singh Lakhawat, Chairman of the Rajasthan Heritage Authority, mentioned that research scholars conducting studies on Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay will also be honored this year.

Professor Mohanlal Chhipa, Chairman of the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Memorial Committee, provided details of the celebrations, stating that the birth anniversary will be observed on Thursday, 25 September at 3:30 PM at the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay National Memorial, Dhankya Railway Station. The main guest of the Memorial Lecture will be Governor Shri Hari Bhau Bagde, with Deputy Chief Minister Shri Premchand Bairwa as a special guest and Shri Vijendra Singh presiding over the program. The keynote speaker of the event will be Shri Arun Jain.
