Jaipur Divisional Commissioner Urges Quick Relief and Sensitive Service at Public Camps

Jaipur, Sept 2025: Jaipur Divisional Commissioner, Smt. Poonam, on Friday visited Kotputli-Behror district to inspect a rural service camp at Bhabru Gram Panchayat and an urban service camp at Pragpura. She instructed personnel to work with a spirit of service in line with the government’s intent and to provide quick relief to the public. District Collector Smt. Priyanka Goswami and ADM Shri Omprakash Saharan were also present.

The Commissioner inspected each stall at both camps, reviewing the progress and services being provided. She emphasized that these camps serve as a platform to fulfill public expectations and urged departmental personnel to ensure that citizens benefit from all welfare schemes. She instructed officials to take every grievance seriously and resolve it on priority.

She highlighted that these camps save citizens from visiting multiple government offices. She directed that transparency and accountability be given the highest priority to strengthen public trust. Citizens were encouraged to attend the camps, resolve their issues, and avail welfare benefits.

The Divisional Commissioner reviewed registers and documents maintained at the camps, interacted with beneficiaries for feedback, and instructed revenue officials to quickly resolve pending cases such as land transfers, road-related issues, consent divisions, land records, and other pending revenue matters. She directed the Social Welfare Officer to ensure 100% pension verification, the Food Security Department to deliver benefits under NFSA to eligible beneficiaries, the Ayurveda Department to raise public awareness about Ayurveda benefits, and Agriculture Officers to educate farmers on the advantages of hybrid seeds.

She also emphasized accelerating work under PM SVANidhi, CM SVANidhi, Ownership Scheme, and Farmer Registry, instructing officials to regularly monitor the camps and take action against negligence in official duties.

During the inspection, beneficiaries were provided with PM Mungala Animal Insurance policies, first installment checks under PM Awas Urban Scheme, caretaker approval letters, and land pattas. The Divisional Commissioner also participated in ICDS department programs like God Bharai and Annaprashan, addressing public grievances on the spot for immediate resolution.

SDM, EO, relevant officials, personnel, local representatives, and notable citizens were present during the visit.
