Rajasthan Moves from Desert to Digital: TIES Global Summit 2026 Announced

Jaipur, Oct 2025: Under the guidance and capable leadership of Chief Minister Shri Bhajanlal Sharma, Rajasthan is making steady progress in the field of information technology. In this context, the Rajasthan DigiFest TIE Global Summit 2026 will be held in Jaipur from January 4-6, 2026.

Industry, IT, Youth & Sports Minister Colonel Rajyavardhan Rathore said that Rajasthan has a long-standing history of courage, creativity, and resilience. “Our goal now is to move toward technology and software. The new policies of our government are contributing to realizing Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of a developed India,” he added.

Colonel Rathore was speaking at the curtain-raiser event for the Rajasthan DigiFest TIE Global Summit 2026, held on Monday at the Commerce Bhawan in New Delhi. On behalf of CM Bhajanlal Sharma, he invited attendees to participate in this flagship event in Jaipur.

Dr. Ravi Kumar Surpur, Secretary & Commissioner of the IT & Communications Department, said that the summit is a major step toward showcasing a digitally inclusive and future-ready Rajasthan. With its rich cultural heritage and growing digital infrastructure, the state is carving a unique identity in technology and development.

Mahavir Pratap Sharma, Coordinator of the TIE Global Summit 2026, stated that Rajasthan has created an environment that fosters innovation and talent. “We aim to provide a platform that encourages partnerships and celebrates entrepreneurship,” he added.

The event was attended by DPIIT Secretary Amardeep Singh Bhatia, TIE Delhi Chairman Dr. Saurabh Srivastava, as well as several startup founders and industry leaders.

Rajasthan on the Global Stage:
The Rajasthan DigiFest, in collaboration with TIE Global Summit, will showcase new ideas in technology and development. This will be the first time the summit is held in a non-metro city. The theme is “Sustainable Entrepreneurship in the AI Era – New Ideas, Impact, and Inclusion.” The summit will focus on AI, FinTech, AgriTech, AR/VR, MediaTech, PropTech, and Higher Education.

The event will bring together over 10,000 entrepreneurs from 30+ countries, 500+ investors, 100+ global speakers, and 200+ startups. Highlights include the Global Investor Summit, Startup Showcase, Pitch Sessions, TIE Women Semifinals & Finals, TIE University Finals, Gaming Hackathon, Film Festival, and TGS 100 competition for India’s most investable startups. Additionally, government-industry dialogues, networking sessions, investor-startup meetings, workshops, and cultural tours of Jaipur will be conducted.
