Leader with Deep Understanding of Rural Economy Lost – Chief Minister Devendra FadnavisCM Offers Condolences to the Family of Late MLA Shivaji Kardile
Ahmednagar, Oct 2025 : Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis visited the residence of Late MLA Shivaji Kardile at Burhannagar today to offer condolences to his bereaved family. The Chief Minister paid floral tributes to the late leader’s portrait and offered his respects.
During the visit, CM Fadnavis consoled Akshay Kardile, son of the late leader, MLA Sangram Jagtap, his son-in-law, and other family members, offering them strength and comfort during their time of grief.
Also present on the occasion were Legislative Council Chairman Prof. Ram Shinde, Guardian Minister Dr. Radhakrishna Vikhe Patil, Minister for Cooperation and Protocol Jaykumar Rawal, MP Medha Kulkarni, MLA Sangram Jagtap, MLA Monika Rajale, MLA Vikramsinh Pachpute, MLA Vitthal Langhe, MLA Rahul Kul, Padma Shri Popat Pawar, and Zilla Parishad CEO Anand Bhandari, among others.
Speaking to the media, Chief Minister Fadnavis said that Late Shivajirao Kardile was a leader with an in-depth understanding of cooperation, agriculture, and the rural economy, and someone deeply connected to the grassroots. He was known as a people’s leader, always present in moments of joy and sorrow, maintaining close ties with the masses and upholding clarity of thought and integrity in his work.
“The sudden demise of Shivajirao Kardile has brought immense sorrow not only to his family but to the entire district,” the Chief Minister said.
He further added, “Through hard work, perseverance, and dedication, Shivajirao Kardile built his career while facing numerous challenges in social and political life. With his passing, we have lost a multifaceted and people-oriented leader, leaving behind a significant void in the political landscape.”
