Governor Hari Bhau Bagde Tours Jaipur to Witness the Diwali Illumination — Calls the Festival a Sacred Celebration of Light and Well-Being for All

Jaipur, Oct 2025 : On the auspicious occasion of Dhanteras, marking the beginning of the festival of lights, Governor Shri Hari Bhau Bagde stepped out on Saturday evening to witness the magnificent Diwali illuminations across the Pink City, Jaipur.

He admired the dazzling decorations and lighting arrangements set up at various locations in the city to celebrate the onset of Diwali. Deeply moved by the sight, the Governor remarked that Diwali is a sacred festival symbolizing light, positivity, and prosperity, and he extended his heartfelt wishes for the well-being and happiness of all.

Governor Bagde viewed the beautifully lit areas along Raj Bhavan, M.I. Road, Panch Batti, Kishanpole Bazaar, Chhoti and Badi Chaupar, and Tripolia, before proceeding to admire the splendid illumination at Albert Hall and nearby surroundings.

He then continued his evening tour through JDA Circle, Jawahar Circle, Patrika Gate, and the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly, before returning to Raj Bhavan, appreciating the festive brilliance that adorned Jaipur on the occasion of Diwali.
